Departure and return are guaranteed from and to tour hotel except transfers and disposals.
Reservations are compulsory for all excursions at least 24 hours before departure and you should give a deposit (20%) or a credit card number. The balance must be paid to the driver-guide at the begining of the excursion (visa, master card or cash only) and will be collected during the excursion by T.E.P (télépayment).
We only accept VISA and MASTER cards from people who are staying in a hotel in Aix.
Cancellation fees : less than 48 hours before departure = 20% of tour price; less than 24 hours before departure = 40% of tour price; same day = 100% of tour price. No refund for any client who voluntary discontinues any of the tour, or misses tour due to late arrival or no show.
Children's rate : Baby less than 2 years: free if with 1 full rate; younger than 12 years: 50% discounts if with 1 full rate.
We reserve all rights to modify or cancel any tour without notice if the security or any technical problems required it.
Prices of this brochure are "Euro TTC" and nclude transportation by air-conditioned minibuses of 8 pax (or smaller) and English speaking driver. The entrance tickets, meals and optionals are included when indicated. All prices of this brochure are guaranteed as far as the economical conditions remain stable.
Rendez-vous Provence could not be responsible in case of delay, irregularity, strike, festival, celebration, closed establishment, weather condition, strong wind, loss or theft of any personal belonging.
No luggage during tours and you will keep your hand bags with you during the visit. Pick-up and duration are subject to variation and change. E2 and E8 are available from 15 March to 11 November.
Law (17.sep.97) forbids eating and drinking on board. Law of 17 Sep 77 forbids smoking on board. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made at the time of booking by credit card via the secure payment system set up on the website.

To confirm a reservation, full payment must be made.
The price corresponding to the service reserved is charged on the credit. Rendez-vous-provence.com accepts the following payment cards : Mastercard, Visa. The payment shall be shown on the card statement under the name Aix bureau transports or Rendez-vous Provence.
VOUCHER
The customer's order shall be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the voucher that shall be sent to him in order to confirm the approval of the order to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is required to read the email and its SPAM if email not received within one hour, to access their voucher and is solely responsible for its printing.
The customer must print the voucher and present the original voucher to the service provider, so that the reservation can be honored.
To avoid misuse, ID card identification may be requested, as well as the signing of the voucher or the presentation of the payment card used for the order.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION
The customer can request a change to the reservation (with the exception of the services listed as "cannot be changed or canceled).

Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at rendez-vous-provence.com at contact@rendez-vous-provence.com (specifying the reservation number, customer name reference and the date).
For any cancellation, the following fees (with a minimum charge amount of 8 Euros) shall be deducted from the refund :
- More than 21 days prior to the service, no charge except bank fees and change fees
- Between 21 and 15 days prior to the service, 30% of the price of the service
- Between 15 and 8 days prior to the service, 70% of the price of the service
- Between 8 days and the actual day of the service, 100% of the price of the service
Any interruption of the tour or service during its delivery, at the client's wishes, shall not give rise to any refund. Any customer who arrives after the start time written on the voucher (15 MIN before starting time) of the excursion shall be considered a "no show" and not refunded, whatever the reason for the lateness.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify certain tours without notice if the passengers' comfort or safety so requires in case of force majeure, strike, demonstration, administrative decision or exceptional closure...

Schedules, programs and lengths of tours are subject to change: prices include all the services indicated in the description of each service.
AIX BUREAU TRANSPORTS and its partners cannot be held liable and cannot guarantee the return of personal effects and luggage left on the buses, minibuses or at any other place.
It is the responsibility of the User to verify that it he is in possession of the voucher.
No refunds shall be given in case of lack (or loss) of this voucher.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke on the minibuses (Law of September 17, 1977) and eat or drink in the minibuses (law 17sept 1997).
DATA PROTECTION
